The problem is not political will. Barak sat with Arafat. Olmert sat with Abbas. There is simply no agreement between Palestinians and Israelis on all the core issues. The Arab solution is for everyone else to pressure Israel to capitulate while they hold to all their own demands. Jews are not stupid and Arabs will have to compromise or no agreement.
