what do you expect the reaction of an old man, guarding a herd of cattle, during a nighttime raid? of course that was not the reason for the IDF to shoot, maybe the IDF identified the man as Palestinian.
2. And Maybe -

he was trying to protect himself from the settlers near the area who are beating, stoning and shooting at everything that moves, including livestock.... Typical and of course there will be plenty of people to say he was a terrorist when really your saying he was Palestinian, therfore he deserves to be shot....Isnt that really what you believe......
3. #1 and#2 Do you both have the same low IQ's?
Shmendrik ,   ISrael   (10.29.08)
MAybe he didnt want to get caught molesting the sheep! Thats as stupid a comment as yours! If you had bothered to read the article, he shot at the troops first! Anyone can tell the difference between the IDF and settlers! He knew very well what he was shooting at! Get some brains instead of talking through your blind hatred!

Terrorist dies, TFB. This man had a terrorist son and now decides to attack soldiers and what do people expect, hearts and flowers?

the IDF were conducting a nighttime raid, So, how that old man was waiting for the attacking IDF troops to avenge his son's "what?". He'd better go to where the troops were stationed attack them. Certainly he knew that a burglar at night wouldn't have come to present flowers and love. His son said: "My father has never used his gun," , accusing the troops of leaving the shepherd to bleed to death and preventing an ambulance from reaching the area quickly. As the IDF has confiscated the rifle, then why not at least publishing the forensic proof that the rifle has recent fired gun powder traces in it?
