colin   (11.01.08)
HOORAH Liebermen is a man of few words but at least they are from the heart and true.Lieberman is a genuine outstanding Israeli politician. The groveling cowards peres and the corrupt olmert must be scorned all the days of thier lives.
2. lieberman is right
fad , egypt   (11.01.08)
unforenutaley lieberman is right israel leaders were so quick to apologize egypt leaders have made unsuitable comments against israel in the past but no apologize egypt is continuing its anti semetic policy and is considering israel as enemy but i think that israel will never have a friend like mubarak he is still peaceful man despite this he is better than those of the opposition who wanna destruction of israel shalom
3. Acting like returned slaves to Egypt
Marcel ,   Florida   (11.01.08)
Israel's shameful Kadima and Labor appeasers know only how to behave like beggars and subordinates . They only know how to crawl on their knees. Weakness and capitulation is their modus operandi and this is why the threat to Israel grows.
4. Where in the world there's a similar case...?
Claudia ,   Germany   (11.01.08)
I don't know about a similar case in late history where two countries have a peace agreement but no reciprocal visits of leaders not to mention the official Egyptians hatreds toward Israel... Everyone understands that the peace between Israel and Egypt is nothing but a farce and will exist only as long as Egypt gets the billions $ aids from the US. I wish Lieberman was wrong but he is not...
5. Mubarak and Suliman have to many radicals to worry about so
Stewart ,   U.S.A.   (11.01.08)
I think they have to politically play to this crowd and throw them a bone every so often. They know they have a good thing going with Israel. Much of what they do or don't do is just for home consumption.
6. i would vote for him in a heartbeat
JL ,   israel   (11.01.08)

observer   (11.01.08)
Hell!, there is nothing like hell in Judaism; belittling is as bad as denying. you made him your Threat Minister, but he deserved the Ministry of Truth!, of course that's temporary step to a PM.
9. Mubarak is a dead man walking..
Avi   (11.01.08)
Why give him much attention?! His regime and that of Jordan are falling and have no enough support from their people...what the hell.. Lieberman was right...
10. G- d Said To Moses

14. Bottom line risk assessment
5th generation ,   Israel   (11.02.08)
Israel is better off with Mubarak's friendship that with Lieberman's army of anti-Jewish followers. Egypt is satisfied with Sinai, but ex-Soviets won't be happy until the whole of Israel is another _stan.
15. leiberman is right on!
oded   (11.02.08)
don't apologise to mubarak ,but instead demand that he lives up to his commiteemnt to visit israel as equal... and stop beling so meak when it comes to egypt! they are no friends of israel anyway!

Shut up you moron.......Fad is 100% right in what he said. Im a strong leftist but i still respect the few smarter Arabs that respect Israel.
17. # 12 your remark is outrageous
bruno ,   bouxwiller france   (11.02.08)
i have no comprehension for someone who treats others this way.
18. #16 --
nate ,   Canada   (11.02.08)
While i also basically agree with Fad, wouldn't the fact that you are a strong leftist mean you respect all arab opinion over jewish? :)
19. #12, My Mistake
Shmendrik ,   Israel   (11.02.08)
I meant i am strongly anti-left yet still respect the few Arabs that respect Israel. And your still a moron!
20. Lieberman / Eygpt
Robert Stewart ,   Golan Height, Israel   (11.02.08)
Lieberman is extremist, But there is a truth in the question to why Israel and Eygpt relations is one way road. Our leaders run to Eygpt but when will Mubarak visit Israel? Peace is a two way street.
21. Swear words should not scare you RIGHT ???
M. S. ,   mpls america   (11.03.08)
I realize suggesting that Mubarak is any thing but a Saint shows how life has changed in the middle east once we celebrated the parting of the Red Sea by Moses although only a biblicial fairy tale the entire bible any bible is kind of a fairy tale to serve politicial other interests stur stimulatre the mind brain but alas Lieberman is from Russia H*ll is a common expression in Russia thus does not have same meaning as Israel but certainly not worth all the fuss bother alas Egypt is now a friend of Israel but if Mubarak should go there imagine where Assad of Syria and or the leaders of Hamas and so Hizbulah should go but who knows way world going WE MAY ALL GO THERE EVENTUALY RIGHT ??? what Lieberman meant was biger than you realize he meant unless Mubarak could help get back Shalit kidnaped IDF soldier he should go there to H*ll for failing alas Mubarak has no power with Hamas RIGHT ??? Thank you... M. S.
22. The opposite point of view
Amr ,   Cairo   (11.11.08)
Mubarak cannot visit Isreal for several reasons in my opinion, his acceptance in egyptian street will be down dramatically more than now with no more points for him in Arab world,Hezb Allah war prof that isreal still believe in military forces than peace and talk,in the other side Egypt lost its position to Iran ,media all the days shows occupation and crimes against Plastinines and between themselves which not encourage street to make relation strong with Isreal with such violence and humiliated to arab . most of arab countries still insist that Egypt has some responsibility to Ghaza siege..this provoke different people protest to go to Ghaza to break the siege. At the end if Isreal can calm down their military forces and show less soldiers in the media ..and of course Hamas should accept peace way to find solution then peace will be objectives for all.
