1. Bibi, I'd be more worried about appearing too Left Wing
Esther ,   Ofarim, Israel   (11.10.08)
Enough of their policies! Enough of concessions to our enemies, show some muscle!
2. I'm voting Likud BECAUSE of Feiglin
Jameel ,   Shomron   (11.10.08)
Instead of Bibi trying to kick people out of the Likud whose views are much more in line with Jabotinsky Revisionism, he should concentrate on attacking lefitist policy. Jameel muqata.blogspot.com
3. Netanyahu, if you go left enough you can meet Kadima
m   (11.10.08)
So, why would anyone who wants Israel to survive, vote for Netanyahu/Livni? You are going to end like the Republicans who had almost the same policies as the Democrats.
4. Likud
Yisraeli   (11.10.08)
Id only vote for Likud thru Feiglins faction. Only Feiglin keeps me in Likud not Bibi, I dont trust Bibi. Feiglin should try and get Eitam in with his faction.
5. Too rightist?
Steve ,   US   (11.10.08)
How can Mr. Netanyahu reject a good man for being too rightist? Another news site is reporting this morning, Netanyahu vows to continue "land for peace" talks with Israel's enemies. Why not give it to Livni? What is the difference between the two? Does Mr. Netanyahu have any moral or guiding principles or is he motivated soley by political expediency?
6. The country has turned to the right
Brod ,   USA   (11.10.08)
All true Jews who know the GOD of Israel should be represented. The country has turned to the right. And it is well to do the right moves with the right people.
7. IF LIKUD LOSES HIS SOUL AGAIN... !!!!

8. Bib's snub to Eitam
DT ,   TA Isr   (11.10.08)
Bad mistake by Bibi. Maybe he is a "Likud Livni " and folks don't forget the Wye agreement he signed.
9. Bibi and Eitam and t'back #1-6
DT ,   TA Isr   (11.10.08)
# 1-6 You all make a lot of sense. I am not sure if I will vote Likud but if I do it will be only because I don't like or trust Bibi but he would likely be far less of a catastrophe than Livni who would give away the state in the name of peace.
10. Hatikva party is the new home for the patriots
Marcella   (11.10.08)
Forget Likud. It keeps adding left wingers to its roster. Netanyahu wants to be boss again and as part of his plan, he's willing to sell out the country. He added Meridor to his membership and just broke his promise not to continue with the "peace" negotiations. No difference with Livni. The Hatikva party embraces both the religious and seculars. There should be a massive nationalist exit from the Likud and they should all join Hatikva, while leaving Bibi holding an empty bag.
11. Netanyahoo's next choice
Michael ,   Haifa   (11.10.08)
Probably Sarah Palin...she has the appropriate !Q necessary for likud membership
12. Early signs of Bibi pandering to the left....
LEE ,   NY, USA   (11.10.08)
13. Let the membership decide on the list
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (11.10.08)
All other the list including the top. I vote for Benny Begin, Moshe Feiglin and Effie Eitam. That would be a party leadership to be proud of.
14. Effie Eiram-Bibi Netanyahu
michaelgorinsky ,   Delray Beach Florida   (11.10.08)
Bibi, We wish You well to Victory in February. Please include Effie Eitam on Your short List. He is Honest, Couageous, a True Zionist and will bring credit and voters to the Likud.Kol Hakovod Effie Eitam, and to You Bibi.
15. Bibi has his own image to worey about if he wants to beat Li
zionist forever   (11.11.08)
If Bibi is worried about the opinion that voters may get of Likud as a result of one individual then his priorities are all wrong. He has been condeming Olmert & Livni but has now said he would continue talking to the palestinians. I would much prefer to see Likud led by Moshe Felgin after all the damage thats been done by Olmert, Livni & Barak in less than 3 years. Unfortunatly the situation seems to be either vote for Bibi or Livni. If you dont go with a Likud led by Bibi then sadly Livni still has enough popularity to steal the election and the state which she will then sell for the nobel prize which should have gone to Olmert. After the Kadima defections Bibi should be doing is opening his arms out to all who share Likud values even take in the ones who are a little more right wing than he would like idealy. This is about Bibi fearing Moshe Felgin will win the next Likud primary if he invites to many people like Eitam. The System stnks but sadly Bibi is the best of the bad bunch and if he wants to win this election he needs to be uncompromising because if he hesitates Livni will tear him apart. Take Bibi for now and work to change the electoral system itself then we will have the will to choose the individuals we want, they will have to listen to the will of the public much more and we might even get a few civil rights along the way
