So many decisions by the High Court in recent times have eroded it's moral authority - it's policy of judicial activism, it's usurpation of authority in security matters, it's blatantly ideological decision-making (as in this case), basically, it's adherence to far-left positions perceived as against the interests of the country, are destroying faith in yet another Israeli public institution.
