2. I hear Libyia is lovely this time of year
Fary   (11.24.08)
If Arabs don't like it in Israel, why not move to one of the scores of Arab paradises available?
3.  OTHERWISE... "JAIL"!

4. This sounds a lot like the beginning of Afirmative Action
Rivkah   (11.24.08)
in America that discriminates against White people until the minorities take over the government. Wait until an Arab is Prime Minister of Israel, then the understanding of the dangers of affirmative action rulings and laws will become apparent as it shortly will in America.
5. Why are the Jews afraid of democracy?
JPS ,   Efrat   (11.24.08)
Good grief. Tthe cowardice expressed by the morons in the Knesset and the thickskulled bullies in these talkbalks is embarrassing. The law is the law, and Israel is a democracy. That means equal access to tax revenues and national resources like the education system. If Fary #2 and Rivkahk #4 don't like the court decision, then they can vote for parties that will remove civil rights from Arabs, or they can move to the foreign country of their choice. I want to be surrounded by Jews who are strengthened by democracy and have no fear of the Arab minority. I don't like whiny bullies who are afraid to give their Arab fellow citizens equal rights under the law. I'm gonna say it again - the best thing for the Jews would be if the Arabs finally united under one party list and got 24 seats in the Knesset. It would be good for the Arabs too. Then maybe we'd see some decent constitutional reform to get a more effective government.
