Everyone except you muslims are already united against terrorism. For the time being it's you muslims who are perpetrating a massive majority of the terror acts. Get your acts togheter, or we will act.

Ash ,   San Diego   (11.28.08)
Will act? funny comment! Did you forget what the US has done in Iraq in the name of fighting terrorism. Destroyed an entire country and created a hub for more terrorists. Or how about Gaza seige for months and starving 1.3m of Palestinians. You should know and your superiors that using power and oppressing others in the name of terrorism will not creat other then more like those you've seen in Mumbai. So...keep it low and watch,

35. A Terrible Tragedy
Shimon Z. Klein ,   Bat Hefer, Israel   (11.28.08)
The murder of innocent people by cold blooded Islamist terrorists must be condemned by all peace loving peoples. This is further proof that Islamist terrorists are out to destroy Western civilization and the world must cease to try and find excuses for the reasons behind the cruel terrorist attacks against innocent people. What is inexcusable is the deathly silence of Moslem religious leaders who do not come out strongly to condemn this Islamist carnage. No decent human being can justify these brutalities. Are Islamist fanatics trying to destroy western civilization that includes Jews, Britons and Americans?

Ash ,   San Diego   (11.28.08)
How about a tear for all of those who are dying in Iraq for no reason or those who are starving to death in Gaza due to the seige. All the acts that the US and isreael committed by either the IDF or the marines are not creating other then more hate for anything Jew or affiliated with the U.S. Its time to understand that nothing can be solved with power and nothing justifies what had occured in Mumbai too.
37. Arrogant and Ignorant.

Thank you for your words of sanity and compassion. I appreciate you expressing your rejection of senseless hatred in the face of these monstrous act committed by extremists. Extremists must be rejectec, no matter what denomination. Extremism is an enemy of humanity.

41. devastating news
Talula ,   Israel   (11.28.08)
I'm so desperately sad. I feel deeply for the family of these two lovely giving and innocent people and also for the others that were murdered in cold blood. Such cold blood that makes decent folks blood boil. That poor little boy will never see his parents again, it's horrific and sad and my heart is very heavy. God rest their souls.
42. #33 I bet you don't know the wording of your national anthem
Johnny ,   Stockholm Sweden   (11.28.08)
We have the same sort of people in Sweden as well. Pacifists, communists, islamists, satanists, dreamers, drunkards, haters, deniers, revisionists and so on. But as we all know - those are not the ones dictating the future.
43. Total Agreement with #1
Shimon Z. Klein ,   Bat Hefer, Israel   (11.28.08)
I agree that terrorism has no religion. We must never go overboard and condemn Islam because of the tragic lunatic acts of Islamist terror groups which IS NOT Islam. Most Moslems condemn terror and they suffer from it no less than anybody else. Let us all condemn these heinous acts of terror no matter from where it comes.

Hello, Azzoz, It is very true that we all from every religion must unite against terrorism. However, I do feel that Muslims have not done enough to speak out against their own kind. I don't know if this silence is caused by fear or what, but I think that the rest of the world would look much more favorably on Islam if Muslims were more vocal in condemning terrorism. Instead, what I often see is Muslims saying things like, "Of course terrorism is bad, but we must look at the cause," and then they go on to blame Israel, the U.S., the Crusaders from hundreds of years ago, you name it. I know that every religion has its extremists and bigots, but Muslim extremists do seem singular in their perpetration of violence against innocents. Last I looked, Christians were blowing themselves up in pizzerias and Jews weren't blowing up hotels filled with tourists. You are obviously a decent person, so I am sorry that you feel typecast and lumped in with terrorists just because you are a Muslim. I am a Christian and I also feel unfairly typecast when I am lumped in with ignorant Christian bigots, so I do sympathize with your feelings.
47. The purest of the pure face the evil of the evil
Yisraeli   (11.29.08)
Taken from commentary on voos iz neias.com "I was in Mumbai this year on business. A city from Dante's hell, fulthy and crowded beyond a westerners nightmares. There is no kosher food or minyan in Mumbai, so i went to the Chabad house. They have 3 minyanim a day and after every meal the shaliach and his wife serve meals. There are 20 to 50 people eating there per meal, mostly traveling Israelis and businessmen, many frei. I asked Rabbi Holtzberg "where do you get the food from?" He replied "I shecht 100 chickens a week to serve 400 fleishig meals, and my wife cleans them. Sincve theres no pas yisroel here my wife bakes bread . (for about 800 people per week) every bit of food is home made." They ask for no money and charge nothing. By every meal he says a dvar torah, to inspire the orchim. Avraham Avinu would be proud of Rabbi Holtzberg." The purest of the pure face the evil of the evil. You cannot find more pure souls then these. Totally giving to others day and night only to be murdered in cold blood by pure evil. One side represents the best that humanity can offer with Hashem the God of Israel behind them. The other side the worst lowest form of humanity with Allah the muslim god for whom they kill for. Good and evil cannot be better illustrated as in this case. And yes make no mistake and PC, Islam represents the darkest forces upon this earth. They have been killing in the name of their god for centuries. For this world to progress Islam can have no place in it, it offers the world nothing but chaos, mayhem and destruction wherever it exists, they build absolutely nothing nor contribute anything to the world.

jerome ,   basalt co.   (11.29.08)
you are ignorant and stupid if you think people in gaza are starving. they can eat plenty of weapons they have smuggled from iran and syria you are the fool that doesn't understand! the only intelliegnt words you wrote are nothing justifies what occured in mumbai. nothing justifies the pallies thousands of rockets and exporting terror. any fool would know if there was no terror there would be no seige!
52. #1 thank you
Zvi   (11.29.08)
Thank you for your condemnation of this horrible terrorist atrocity. Thank you for reminding us that there are Muslims like you who do NOT support the terrorists. I hope that the media and religious leaders in the Arab world are likewise condemning this awful murder (including, specifically, the murder of Jews and Israelis). When that begins to happen, when they can try to prevent terrorism even against people they hate, then and only then will terrorism based on twisted notions of Islam begin to disappear from the earth.
53. To Ash
Korem ,   New York, USA   (11.29.08)
Ash- the people of Gaza are not starving to death. They are living. Life is hard there because of the Israeli blockade. But what is Israel supposed to do, when Hamas uses Israel's humanitarian aid to smuggle bomb-making chemicals and weapons, to kill innocent Israelis? What do you expect, when every time Israel relaxes border crossing restrictions, Hamas takes advantage of that to kill Israelis? During the takeover of Gaza, Hamas fought behind crowds of Palestinians as the IDF shot to kill the terrorists and protect the crowd. The blockade and all the suffering of Gaza is due to Hamas, and Israeli policy is inevitable, if not justifiable.
54. To Ashmed #45

You've got the chuzpah to defend your stinky ideas with talkbacks in a day of morning for the whole world. Pest like you and the ones you try to defend have to be removed from the earth, and the day is coming fast. You rats pollute the air that the civilized breath, you're a stinky cancer that has to be taken off and burned to ashes. 58. 41 Talula: Moshe will see his parents again.
Rivkah   (11.29.08)
That is what eternity with the Lord is all about. His parents were faithful parts of the root of the faith of Abraham. The blood of the parents will cry out from the ground, calling the Messiah to come as the Lion of Judah and the rescuer of the Lord's people. Try taking some omega-3-fish oil capsules. Carlsons is a very good brand. Take two twice daily to pull you out of the sorrow since fish oil has an anti-depressant effect. Try to think about how happy the parents are with the Lord. When a mother of four children died a few months ago near here, her husband told the children that Mama was in heaven watching them and can now see everything they do. He is putting a memorial stone in the back yard where the children can talk to Mama or pretend to sit near her. The children are handling it pretty well since so many families pitched in to be sure there was an adult woman in the home from morning to evening when the father came home. When school started, the children had less time to think about Mama being gone. They now say the woman who goes to the house during the day the most is their mother.
59. @29 I actually have
david ,   nahariya   (11.29.08)
I actually spent a season in a yeshiva in jerusalem. BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. My two sisters and my mother are religious of the type that believe in a science fiction book called The Bible, and I lived for a while in a disgusting place called Kiryat Sefer. But that's not the point. The point is that the original poster assured us the disgraced couple is now in heaven, where the sad fact is they're in a body bag. And all this just because a group of people who believe in their definition of god or cause or whatever as strongly as you do about your imaginary friend in the skies. Don't get me wrong, what happened to them is a tragedy, nobody discusses that, and I am sad, but it has nothing to do with them believing in one definition of god or another. It's always sad when parents die.
