However, let's remember the Woman who saved Jews and was granted permission to come to Israel but Israel later deported her daughter over an entry visa issue of the daughter. Is this the justice that we espouse to tear an elderly mother from her daughter over a tiny beaurocratic issue? I think it would be a good idea to set up a trust fund for her, so she would not have to worry about her livelihood and could actually choose where she wants to live. in a lot of ways when a loved one dies or is lost suddenly. It is important for Moshe to have Sandra Samuel for an emotional bonding time and transition to the grandparents. My mother was a kindergarten teacher at Camp Zama, Japan, long ago when one of her students suffered the loss of a grandma who was a principle caregiver. The beautiful child descintegrated overnight at the loss of her grandma. My mother was so shocked and there was not much anyone could do to take away the pain from the child's heart. So it would be a great kindness to Moshe for Sandra Samuel to be with him for a while.

She shows not only us, but the world that she is of a noble character, and willing to put her life at risk to save the life of another human being. Not only should she be let in, if she so chooses for citizenship, do allow for her to do so without delay or hindrance. As for #1 Josh..that is incredibly selfish and disgusting of what you say. Little Moshi has only one of his primary caregivers left, Sandra Samuel. There needs to be a short term resolution to allow her to go to Isreal now. Her presence will make a tremendous difference in Moshi's grieving process and she will be a positive influence on him emotionally after such a tragedy. This will also assist in her own grieving process as well as be very helpful to the Holtzbergs during this tragic time. The long term resolution can be worked out over time, but for now the focus should be on what is in the best interest of the child and his family which at present includes Sandra Samuel.
