1. 250 prisoners released and this Looney on the lose
Talula ,   Israel   (12.01.08)
I foresee the end of the Jewish State very very soon. MKs, Presidents, Judges and Prime Ministers have all lost the plot. They are all guilty in watering down the glue that has held this country together. And it's sad, very very sad.
2. 250 islamic terrorists released and this
eliezer ,   jerusalem   (12.01.08)
poor fellow is being badgered by the Jew hating state. What would you do if armed police crash into your house at night and begin to hit you, destroy your property and take your children. If you did not hit back, you would have to be a corpse two weeks in the ground! Shame on the state! release terrorists and attack Jews! Ha!
3. Mr Federman
mark ,   israel   (12.01.08)
Once again we bear witness to the balanced sagacity of the judges of the lower courts compared to the, often hysterical activism of their colleagues in the superior courts.
4. # 1 What Is Very Very Sad Is
Lawrence ,   Zefat Israel   (12.01.08)
You do not have the ability to distinguish between A good Patriot and 250 murderous Terrorists or potential Terrorists, you blur the distinction ,which is clear, between good and evil.
5. #2 Newsflash! He IS a terrorist
Israel   (12.01.08)
6. an omission and #5
Israel Israeli ,   Tel Aviv   (12.01.08)
The report omits the fact that the destructionof Federman's house by the police was illegal. and #5. You allege that Federman is a terrorist. You should rush to the state prosecutor and police with the evidence you have, because until now the only crime Federman has commited is nonviolent protesting against the government, much like the Dalai Lama.
7. #4
Talula ,   Israel   (12.01.08)
"You do not have the ability to distinguish between A good Patriot and 250 murderous Terrorists or potential Terrorists, you blur the distinction ,which is clear, between good and evil" I don't see him as a 'good patriot' I see him as a troublemaker. You can see him anyway you want, mate. That's the beauty of a free mind.
8. Lying doesn't seem to bother many Israelis
Adam Eliyahu Berkowi   (12.01.08)
The headlines say Federman assaulted a cop. The cops say he assaulted a cop. Several talkbacks roast him as worse than a terrorist for assaulting a cop. There isn't any proof to convict him but that doesn't seem to bother too many people. And anyone who supports him or questions the legality of the police action (as the court did) is labeled a fanatic. I am deeply saddened.
9. # 5 Don't Be Such A Sore Loser
Lawrence tendler ,   zefat Israel   (12.01.08)
Sour Grapes. You are a loser, which is what Israelis have become .The best Judges in the Land have declared that Mr.Federman is an innocent man, pure as the driven snow,a Tzaddik if you like,a mentsh ...that is a jewish word meaning a decent human being, which you might even become one day if you try really really hard and repent.
10. #4 What trouble did he make?
JAyjay33 ,   Israel   (12.01.08)
That forces the government to react in such an extreme way? Evicting him, his wife and little children at 2 am in the morning is disgusting and illegal. You are entitled to think he is a trouble maker (even though you cant tell me what trouble he has caused)....but to compare this man to filthy Arab terrorists that were released from jail is pathetically ignorant!
11. injustice
Bill Staar ,   Chicago USA   (12.01.08)
You have got to be kidding, has the court ever given a palestinian the same consideration as to his feelings, when emotions run wild. the whole world can see that Israel has two sets of laws one for Palestinians one for Israelis. love your enemies, do unto others as you would have them do unto you, win them over.
12. #10 Try reading instead of moaning.
