As an Iraqi I think that what these Israeli doctors did was brave, it shows chivalry and it puts you in the lead always, please don't judge the policy of Arab governments as they are a few demented people who come from peasant backgrounds and they managed to dictate to the masses lies and false information that cannot even be based on facts. While I applaud the Israeli physicians for their sense of humanity (as opposed to Paleo and Egyptian docs who are leaders of terrorist organizations), the thought that their gestures of goodwill will be repaid in kind is extremely and dangerously naive. The Islamic fundamentalists subscribe to a nihlistic death cult that no amount of kindheartedness can overcome. In fact, it is perceived as weakness. Yes, the Israeli doctors should continue their humanitarian efforts, but do so under no illusions. Islam needs wholesale reform not bandaids.

if i were in a situation where I could have helped any human being i would help them I wouldn't ask about his nationality or religion, God helping a fellow human being, I wouldn't be able to go to bed at night knowing that I could have helped someone and didn't. I would help an Israeli child or an adult even, a human being is a human being people and just because there are some minor demented people out there whose parents didn't show them what love is doesn't mean that the entire population is evil. please be pragmatic, I mean if i saw a homeless person in the street i would help him or her I wouldn't ask him where are you from or what is your faith, seriously you'd have to be a serious psychopath to even contemplate that. I have been to the hospital they work at. There were children from Gaza, the West Bank, Kenya, etc. This organization really needs support. They are doing amazing work.
