Without a definitive judgement on the legal ownership, there is indeed no reason to evict. It is a political decision not a legal decision. No, I don't know the legal status of ownership & neither do you. It is for a court to decide, hopefully ,impartially & fairly, based on evidence. You have, I assume, an idea of what evidence means? I didn't say I condone the use of any kind of racial epitaphs by anyone. But that is not the issue involved - the ownership of the property is a legal question & has nothing to do with the poor behavior of a bunch of kids.
