Gamal Hishmat was al-Faki's opponent in the Parliamentary poll in Egypt. Hishmat had a landsliding winning over al-Faki, that turned out to an officially declared defeat. The faking scandal was exposed when 137 judges of justice presented their report, headed by Mrs Nuha El-Zainy testifying that Hishmat won by score of 25 000 ; 7 000, what was known as "mobile phone" conspiracy of the controlling committee in which one one member was a government's lawyer. Both Hishmat and Hamas leaders have deep rooted sympathy with Muslim Brotherhood.
