1. he high Kangaroo court that is radically left
Tony ,   New York, NY   (12.09.08)
Of course the Kangaroo left court reversed the lower court, they are diametrically opposed to the way real Jews should think about Israel. These so called Jurists are self appointed fools who all follow a doctrine of legislation from the bench. A perfect combination for a Kadima government of demagogy!
2. Gee, can I do that too?
Adam Eliyahu Berkowi   (12.09.08)
The court, no friend of Federman's, found that the police had overstepped and therefore awarded Noam money. Now, the state decides they don't owe him money. Can I do that, unilaterally decide that money I paid to people I owe shouldn't have been paid and so I should get it back? I think this pretty clearly sounds BAD! Peace Now refuses to reveal its sources of funding but that's okay. Federman has been charged 50 or 60 time and convicted once or twice. Despite that, he spends more time in jail than he does at home. They just destroyed his home illeghally. Any mention of compensation? C'mon lefties. You are a bunch of fascists longing for KGB to do your dirty work. Enough already.
3. IT'S ABOUT TIME that the settlers got organized and exposed
Marcella   (12.09.08)
to foreign donors the degree of corruption, tyranny and abuse going on in the government of the state of Israel. The billion dollars or so that US Jews donate to the state of Israel should be diverted to help the truly needed in the country, starting with those who fight for the land, even when deprived of weapons, basic human rights, property rights, and equal rights before the courts. Foreign donations should also be directly granted to those living in the Gaza Belt, abandoned by the state to constant fire from what used to be Jewish land and now occupied by a terror entity. And donationa should also be directed to those who were expelled from Gush Katif, now barely surviving in substandard housing, and pushed around by the state of Israel, treated like refugees in their own land. The Toronto Zionist Congress has warned that it will call for an end to financial support for the Israeli government, and direct support for the Hevron community and its supporters, if the leadership continues in its current Hevron policies.
4. High court should hold court in gaza, not Israel.
