In reality, the Shi'ites and Kurds (also human beings) are happy that Bush wiped out Saddam as they suffered from his gas-warfare attacks and oppression, and are now free. The Gulf States, including Saudi Arabia and Kuwait are also happy that Saddam is gone. I guess it all depends on who you ask.
