1. To Vote or Not To Vote Aguda
ML Bentovim ,   Safed   (12.18.08)
Now that Aguda is parting company from Degel Hatorah (forever, I hope), there is a significantly increasing chance that I will vote for Aguda as in 1988. The remaining question is whether they can be trusted to do what is right for Eretz Yisrael. If they can, there's definitely what to discuss. If not, the only alternative is the new Eretz Yisrael Shelanu Party led by Rabbi Wolpo and Baruch Marzel, assuming they can pass the electoral threshold.

How could you vote for them after what they did when shas left Sharons coalition in the face of Gush Katif expulsion and UTJ went in to prop up sharon keeping his government in place for lotsa bags of gold thereby enabling the expulsion and distruction of jewish communities not seen since the nazi era. Does this little fact not disturb you being a potential voter of theirs? Just curious, not having a go at you. I want to know how their voters feel after the a/m episode. To me they are more treif then Lapids cursed party for they should know better what a chillul Hashem is.

"Does this little fact not disturb you being a potential voter of theirs?" It most definitely does. Nevertheless, I am disturbed no less by the prospect of tens of thousands of votes going down the drain if Eretz Yisrael Shelanu, the Moledet-HaTikvah ticket, or any combination of small right-wing parties thereof fail to pass the electoral threshold, which will probably be about 70,000 votes this time. In short, I'm sitting tight for now and waiting until next week to see who will be on the Knesset list for Aguda and Eretz Yisrael Shelanu, and I'll make my decision then. Believe me, I haven't forgotten how Litzman and Co. acted during the Gush Katif expulsion and it will take a little more than empty declarations and ridding themselves of Degel Hatorah to convince me to vote Aguda. But if I'm convinced that Rabbi Wolpo has no chance to get elected, it's ג on Election Day.
4. Voting Aguda means voting Ger
Meir ,   Beit Shemesh   (12.21.08)
Ger= Litzman/ Litzman= Ger. Ger dworries about Ger and no one else, voting for Gimel means voting for Litzman who destroyed Hareidi unity in Yerushalayim and tried but failed in Beit Shemesh Many Hareidim will NOT vote Aguda this time. Litzman voted for the expulsion from Gush Katif Porush voted against. Eichler is against settlements so he does not deserve a hareidi vote. Lazaer Moses is a tired old man. Same old politics same old cronyism
