All this business could be solved in a very short time if we had a "prime minister" with balls enough to do it. All he has to do is announce that with effect from a specific date about 1 week from now, all rockets which land in Israel will be responded to with 3 larger rockets from Israel, and they will land wherever they land - and that's it. And to hell with the consequences....that will bring peace and quiet to the southern areas as Hamas won't dare to contradict that type of counterthreat.
