The Palestinians , under Hamas will pay a much higher price (as seen already) than the Israelis. When the government changes soon, it'll be even worse as the Israeli public have had enough of trying to keep the enemy happy. The stated aim of Hamas is the complete destruction of Israel and I'm sure that also includes killing and displacing as many Jews as possible.
