Those who defend the Palestinians uncritically are enablers of murder. If the Left would condemn the rocket attacks --which terrorize Israeli civilians daily maybe I'd give them some credit. But they don't. The Israeli left hates being Jewish. They should leave the country and see what it is to be a Jew in America-outside of Brooklyn-or in England, France etc. I've known some really closed lefttists actually grow up when they hit reality outside of Israel. Here they just talk to themselves. The Miracle factor, today as in the past--has saved so many from the rocket attacks. Just as in the Gulf war when GWB I said that the Scuds couldn't kill and why was Israel so paranoid--and then boooom, one Scud hit the American base and many were killed, the Left and the anti-semites are saying that the death count is too big among the terrorists and Israel is exaggerating the problem. Enough has gone on on both sides so that neither the israelis nor hamas are fully justified in their violent means to attain their ends.. But! Simply stating that prior to 1948, Muslims have had a number of conflicts with others, is a half-truth. Does that denote that, because the plight of the muslims has gone on for centuries, they are in the wrong? Enough races/creeds/religions exist that have been treated wrongly without just cause, and so we can rightly conclude that this is not so. The arabs didn't ask for colonization on their land, and it seems like a lot to ask of them to have peace talks to negotiate about what is rightfully theirs. Sure, it's a bit late to complain--since 1948 millions of Palestinian people have been displaced/left because of the state of things/etc...but in peace talks, they should at least be cut a better deal than they have been receiving lately. ..And if israel is a democracy as a lot of people here so daftly claim, then more people would realize that whether or not they agree with these leftists, it is completely within their rights to protest.

Sad to say, England is ceding more and more of its power and ancient culture to Muslims. The Muslim goal is to take power - everywhere - and England is crumpling in many ways. People still don't want to get it that Islam itself is the real danger, since it demands that its followers take over the world and make it follow Islamic laws. To anyone who says that protesting the war means "You care only about Palestinians and not Israelis" (or some variation on that) - - The death toll in Gaza has reached 375. 1720 injured. To care more about a few deaths in Israel than hundreds in Gaza is a manifestation of an offensive superiority complex...AND it's just plain obnoxious.

The world watched as Israel allowed/tolerated Hamas firing hundreds of bombs from Gaza, into civilian populated areas. What about Israel's children and quality of life. A person should feel safe in their own country or should fight until they are. Hamas started what they cannot finish themselves. The world is still watching.
