Hamas knows full well that they have no chance in the current IAF dominated war. Their plan is to regroup and recover operationally as best they can. Then they will booby trap the primary access road and wait for the ground war to begin with snipers, mines, etc. in place. Israel must find a "Jenin" like solution that does not play into Hamas' strategy. I would strongly recommend that we not send in aid but instead begin Operation Joseph where the PAL citizens are forced to leave Gaza for food and survival. The foreign aid will be distributed by Israel/Egypt and people will have to be screened for weapons and be fully identified to catch known terrorists. Ultimately this will separate the Terrorists from the civilians and facilitate the final assault on the terrorists. The PALs should be put up in Tent Cities (real refugee camps not the artificial luxury ones that they have had for 60 years) until the war is fully over and Hamas is totally destroyed.

Hamas are digging in while the air strikes are going on because they know if they try and carry out a rocket attack they will be dead either before or as soon as the rocket has been fired. When the air strikes end then Hamas will come out their bunkers built with concrete supplied by this government during the so called ceasefire. Underestimate Hamas and it can cost lives.

Like Salameh #5 just dont comprehend Israels power and might. Coz frankly they havent seen it since they were born. Not just them but all the younger generation who have been exposed to endless propoganda of theyre winning and Israel is about to be destroyed. None of them were witness to Israels true power as for many decades Israel hasnt shown it. If they were to ask their older generation who knows from first hand experience they would hear a different answer then what theyre media tells them. Thats if those older ones are not to afraid to tell them the truth. They know Israels might, they have seen it in '67 and '73 or '82 in Lebanon. But the current generation have no concept of Israels true power. Even what is being shown now in Gaza is but perhaps 5% of its capabilities. They dont realise Israel has a large reserve army to call on if needed. Almost every Israeli male 18-60 are not only militarily trained but well capable of destroying their enemies in wars. Not to mention the trained woman and a huge contingent of fighters residing abroad of which most would return to fight if needed in a war. They just have no concept.
