How many Jews have been attacked by Arab workers? Why does the government impose closures if not for the reason that Arab workers can not be trusted? To call the Rabbi's statements incitement is a rather wide definition of the term. Apparently, the AG couldn't find any other legal basis to prosecute so he chose the rather ambiguos term incitement, despite it being absolutely innapropriate in this case even in a rather wide definiton of the term. Incitement means a call to violence. Telling people not to hire or rent to Arabs may be racist, but it in no way is a call to violence.Neither is calling them an existential threat.
