As a Jew, child of survivors, and a proud member of a Reform congregation-I am appalled and embarassed by these comments. This is lashon harah at it worst.I can only hope Jeff will one day some to his senses,or seek the help he needs.

They use the term "discrimination" as if it is a bad thing. It only seems sane and reasonable that one would discriminate against those that seek to destroy or usurp what is yours. Righteous converts are considered to be Jewish by halachah , they are following the Jewish religion . OK . If converts aren't Jews then I guess when we get rounded up again those who converted can say, hey technically I haven't been a Jew for X amount of generations. Stop the maddness! Converts are Jews, period. If you don't like it, don't marry one, stop trying to marry Goyim and force them to convert. As long as the person is truely committed to living a Jewish life and raising a Jewish family who are you to decide if they have enough generations under their belt. When G-d looks into the heart of a convert and sees no difference then another born Jew then why do you feel like you know better. Many people who convert are Anusim who were forced generations ago to give up Judaism. So how many generations between Anusim and modern people makes them no longer Jewish? According to Orthodox tradition these people are required to convert officially. Stop judging people and open your hearts. It seems to me that you are nervous that your child might marry someone who can "darken" up your family.
