61. #39, Mordi, what is Palestine? Never existed, never will
David ,   Boston, USA   (01.05.09)
Lets get some facts correct. Arabs launching Kassams at Israeli cities is clearly a war crime. Hamas cancer hiding amoung civilians and hiding arms in schools and religious inistituations are also war crimes. Israel defending itself against these war criminals is clearly a defensive war. As for civilians dying, sorry, I feel for them, but blame the Hamas war criminals, not Israel. Israeli code of conduct is very clear about protecting civilians. I dont know if you are a self hating Jew or an anti-semite, but the facts are clear. Any sane person could only blame the Hamas war criminals and feel sorry for civilians on both sides. Anyone else is just a racist. What focu
62. Cancel Palestine, Create peace.
David ,   Boston, USA   (01.05.09)
Its time to say once and for all it was a mistake to create the PA and attempt to create a nation ofr people who never wanted it and never will. Let Egypt control the Arabs in Gaza and Jordan Palestine control the Arabs in Judea and Samaria. STOP trying to create a place that never existed and never should. We could have peace in 1 day if people did this. Why do the wrong thing. Do the right thing! 2 states, Israel and Jordan Palestine. NOT 3.

64. Peaceful protest
Kelly ,   Indiana, USA   (01.05.09)
"Pro-Palestinian protesters Saturday burned Israeli flags, torched several cars and smashed windows of shops". How many flags were burned, cars torched or windows smashed by Israel supporters?? None would be my guess. I think that speaks volumes.
65. #9 Accept Arab responsibility for what happened

including, no less than the others, Lebanon. This is the Lebanon that signed the agreement in 1947 with other Arab states to prevent the establishment of a Jewish state by all means necessary, and in 1948 joined in a frontal invasion of that state with other Arab countries, also allowing its territory to be used by several volunteer armies to assist in the war of annihilation against the fledgling Israel. The Palestinian Arab refugees that ended up in the Arab countries, including Lebanon, are fruits of the bittern harvest conducted by the Arab states in all earnest. Lebanon was also the country which, in 1969, allowed its territory to become a base of the Fatah, PLO, and various other groups committed to the destruction of Israel through armed struggle. 1978 and 1982 were the results of this fateful decision. After 2000, when Israel fully withdrew from Lebanese territory, the Lebanese government continued to allow Hizbullah to remain armed and to conduct military terror attacks against Israel. 2006 was the result of this fateful decision. These decisions are continuing with frightening regularity, as the power of Hizbullah to dictate Lebanese government policy, particularly in relation to Israel, increases by the day. On the other hand, when Lebanon decided in 1967 not to follow Syria and Jordan in their attacks on Israel, nothing happened to Lebanon.
66. Lets play
Kelly ,   Indiana, USA   (01.05.09)
I'm curious. Since Israel supposedly uprooted the great state of "Palestine", what Palestinian leader and or King did Israel displace at the time they became a state?? What was the GDP of Palestine?? What did they import and export??? What did they contribute to the world before they were heartlessly shoved aside by Israel??
