The only way to destroy the tunnels that Hamas uses to fire long range iranian rockets at Israel is to go in on the ground. They are hidden under bushes and all over the place.that you can only see on the ground. The IAF has admitted that you can't destroy the tunnels from the air. Olmert won't allow troops into rafah. He has never allowed them in three years into rafah. Now Olmert will sign a truce having egypt responsible for the tunnels and hamas will continue to bring the rockets in through the tunnels., Kadima has done incredible damage.
