your right.......i think you need to set an example. When are you going to leave Canada ? We have to leave it to the rightful owners....native people. The only difference in Israel- there was never a country called Palestine. so how do you return something that was never theirs ?

it is with a saddened heart i just read the news of the fallen soldiers. Aljazeera has been touting all day that hamas set a trap for them. Now the IDF is cooking a story it was friendly fire. I would love to believe the IDF story, but do they think we are stupid?

38. difference in words
Ilana   (01.06.09)
I have been following the supporters of Israel compared to the supporters of Hamas. It is quite amazing to note the difference in the ways of expressions. To summarize the supporters of Hamas are very obviously anti semetic, usually but not always moslem, and speak with violence and hatred either directly or indirectly. They never ever, not once condemned the rockets fired onto 1 million Israeli civilians daily and randomly. They often promise that more is coming!! On the other hand, Israel supporters mostly express understanding of why the op was necessary, but still say, either directly or indirectly how sad it is that the civilians in gaza suffer, blaming Hamas mostly but still feel for civilians suffering. This difference IMO says it all. Go back and check it out, it is completely amazing to see the differnce in culture. How many letters supporting Hamas said that rockets were a war crime ??? Evil vs. good is obvious on tb's as well.
39. rocket launchers
avraham yom-tov ,   saad, israel   (01.06.09)
The rreason why the rocket launchers still mostly remain intact is because Israel turned a blind eye to the building of bunkers under the ground by Hamas. What did our goverment think? Did they think the bunkers were for the protection of the launchers from rain? These bunkers should have been destryed as soon as they were identified as such. In addition what did our goverment think that the recent cease fire would accomplish; it only allowed time for the Hamas enemy to fortify their positions. Now we are paying the price.
40. Please G-d protect the IDF

Anders Brandeurd ,   Täby, Sweden   (01.09.09)
Try 2. Ynet refused to publish this first time. Ahmet, Thanks for your support! I am glad for every Muslim who dares to support Israel openly; you are very few! Yes, Hamas and other life-hating terrorist’s organisations are indeed a threat to the world! I hope that the people of Israel will not weaken to the harsh and hypocritical media pressure. The only consequence of a cease fire is continued rocket fire from the Hamas terrorists aimed at Israel. We do not accept it!!! Those Gaza-settlers who are at our side shall show their support for us! The persons living in Hamas-stan who complains in media does just increase the pressure on Israel to cease their attacks on Hamas terrorists; those they are supporting Hamas by their complaining to the media. More than this I would hope that you Ahmet would understand that Israel’s spiritual health is more import than her physical health. I would encourage you to study the roots of your religion and it’s proclaimed displacement of Torah. Since Koran confirms Torah, then 1. Torah is right in stipulating that it was Yitzkhaq (Hellenized to “Isaac”) whom Avraham nearly sacrificed on the altar and 2. through Yitzkhaq and Yaaqov=Yisraeil–NOT Yishmaeil!!!–that the B’rit [Covenant] Torah flows to his descendents today. 3. Devarim in Torah (Hellenized to “Dt.”) 13.1-6 precludes either the NT or the Koran and 4. defines both supersession-based displacement theologies as forbidden apostasy. This leads to a logical dilemma: Since Torah is right both NT and Koran are wrong or If you say that Torah is in error, then both displacement theologies are based on error Torah predates either NT or Koran by half a millennium or more. Learn and follow the original source, not a counterfeit knock-off based on misojudaic (antinomian) misrepresentations of what Torah teaches. Quote: Paqid Yirmeyahu As I said: If you want to support Israel, then you can’t propagate for a religion whose followers is anti-Torah (shown by their non-practise of Torah).
