As you well know, Gaza has been under israeli control continuously since 1967. Despite withdrawal in 2005, they have total control over eveything and everyone who goes in and out. I am sure Palestinians would love to sell their produce to those outside, but israel does not allow this. Most Gazans do not want to live there, they were forcibly put there by israel after their land and property was taken in 1967.
