Given that there have been only four fatalities and one under disputed circumstances then the overall assessment must be the rockets are relatively harmless. This is confirmed by the fact that in the previous 8 years no more than 15 deaths have occurred. Since 2005 there have been 2500 Palestinian deaths from Israel actions compared to about 30 Israeli deaths. Quite frankly I would sack the engineers responsible for designing Palestinian rockets.
