Finally these burger chains are feeling the heat. The public have stopped being FRIERERS The original idea of fast food has lost its appeal. It is still cheaper to order a swarma or even steak than to go for burgers.

To be honest, I'm not the most religous person in the country. But, why the hell do they need to post a picture of a cheese burger when describing the burger franchises in Israel? Is this the way to appeal to kosher consumers? Come on guys, get your act together.

I got a fish sandwich at Burger King at Sheba-Chaim Medical Center and it was so overcooked, it was like eating a piece of charcoal. Same with the hamburger. Did not make me want to go to Burger King in Israel for meals. When in Matamoros, Mexico, I ordered a fish sandwich at a Burger King and got a huge piece of fish on the sandwich that made me angry at American Burger Kings for being so stingy. Matamoros' Burger King is the best in the world. It is worth a visit to Mexico to eat there, so you know there is a fast food place that is par excellence.

i tried a big mac once and almost puked from the ugly taste , and that was that for me , so when mcdonalds opened up in israel a few years back i decided i wanna give it a try since this is israel and the food is fairly good , and surprisengly i liked it , but then the las time i eat at a mcdonalds i noticed a change in the taste to the worst which reminded me of the big mac in the ststes , so i thought i was only imagining the bad taste , i went there a couple of weeks later and the same taste was there , and it was like shit ,, and the only explanation i have is that ,, they where making good stuff just to attract people and when they decided they had a huge clientele , they played with the recepie top the worst and offcourse gradualy so that people wont notice ,, but i did and ithink they mix dog meat with it ...

Israelis are being ripped off by the burger chains.Compared to Australia you are charged about 50% more than we are .Cost of doing business in Israel is cheaper than in Australia so the Chains are making super profits.When I am in Israel I boycott the Cains because of the prices but also the standard of cleanliness is very middle eastern rather than western.

A girlfriend in Indiana said her son worked at a Taco Bell and saw young employees putting semen into salad dressing and feces into the hamburger mix, thinking that was "funny". It is felony assault. Young people compartmentalize different aspencts of their life and think it is all right to go to a religion service one day and to steal the next or commit felony assault on customers in restaurants the next. Restaurant owners MUST have video and audio monitoring of employees so convictions can be made more easily. Young people are also taught that the elderly are useless eaters who are robbing the young of tax money pensions in old age and that attacking the elderly is doing the country a service. That attitude is pervasive and neglects all the payments into pension plans for decades the elderly made to get pensions from real work and effort. The young see the elderly with homes and vehicles and the young are jealous and hate them and try to kill them. I stopped going to restaurants except very rarely because I cannot trust the waitresses/waitors and cooks. In Israel and when traveling in America, I buy food at a market rather than at a restaurant. Being poisoned many times that is proven by heavy metals tests of the feces from Doctors Data Inc. in Illinois on prescription has taught me to beware of food I have not personally prepared. I was even poisoned in a Roman Catholic church for wearing a Star of David necklace and going to Saturday mass before I concluded the Christian churches are mostly Mithraism polytheistic idol worship and false doctrine false religions. Talula, It is not just "Glatt kosher" people that don't eat cheese burgers. A large percentage of this country will not eat one. Hence therefore, it is a valid point to question the cheese burger illustration. It's called "knowing and playing to your audience."

Fast food prices in Israel are way off. Last time I was in the U.S. I paid $2.50 for a kiddie meal (it had gone up from $2.00), and here in Israel kiddie meal costs around $7 or a little less. What justifies a price of $7 for that meal, not even big enough for a kid.
