If Israel ceded the Golan back than you would also send us missiles... Why is it every other country that has taken land in a defensive war doesn't give it back (ie- Texas, Calif.) but Israel is held to a "higher standard...?"

This issue should be thoroughly investigated including the entire process of Zionist wine manufacture (to be distinguished from HAMAS whine manufacture), bottling, transportation, distribution, etc. It should be thoroughly analyzed and debated in all forums of the UN for the next several years as its importance by far eclipses all other issues before the UN.

It is part of Israel proper. Syria lost it more than 40 years ago and has made no real moves to regain it. It is not filled with refugees. It is a piece of land like any other. All over the world borders are decided by conflict. This is no different.
