31. I was there - a fantastic show of support!
Nik ,   London   (01.12.09)
I don't know how many people can fit in Trafalgar Square but it was packed full, very impressive. It wasn't just Jewish people either, like me there were people from all walks life who just wanted to show there support for what Israel is doing and demonstrate there are decent Londoners who share common values with Israel. I was sickened by the small gathering of 'anti-war' protestors who turned up, they were mostly Jewish. They had signs which read "We are all Hamas". Either they don't know what it means to be Hamas and what the organisation stands for or they are simply traitors to Israel and the Jewish world! The peaceful rally yesterday was a great success. This was in stark contrast to the violent hate filled pro terrorist (mostly Muslim and wacko left wing has-been celebrities) which caused ugly scenes outside the Israeli embassy all week.
