Yaalon travelled to NZ last year and Palestinian "rights" groups claimed he had to leave in a rush when they filed suit against him. In reality the suit was thrown out immediately and Yaalon got an apology from the NZ government for wasting his time. If one can justify any number of deaths of "innocents" - that term being relative - then the operation is good. These guys did need to be routed out and be taught a lesson. IDF is doing what should be done world wide but isn't because of political correctness. Still what outcome at what cost?

indeed you are mostly right, but you see this is when the IDF and its personnel are tried by Israeli courts. there has only been one bench warrant issued for an israeli operative outside israel, one that he escaped by only a matter of hours. he wont be going back to holland any time soon. as soon as bench warrants are issued for your criminals (as well as those of hamas, which i would be overjoyed to see there as much as IDF criminals - like it or not, you are one and the same) from this war, we will see how much travelling they do.
