These very same arab parties applauded the banning of the Kach party because of the extremist views it represented. They have now been caught espousing the same level of extremism in reverse: they promote the annihilation of the Jewish State; they support the eradication of all Jews from "the river to the Sea"; they aid and assist states at war with us; they make greaat efforts to incite violence. So, why should they be treated any different than Kach was? It is time that the Arabs of Israel deliver a party that truly wishes to live in peace with its neighbours as one nation!

The Arab governments alone could turn Gaza and the West Bank into the equivalent of Bahrain, with 3 story homes, two cars in every garage, a boat down by the sea, broad paved highways, full employment, free hospitalization, health, retirement benefits. Instead they allow the "Palestinians" to suffer, only to bring about internatiohnal condemnation of Israel. It is a tragedy beyond measure, beyond comprehension. Bahrain alone could fund the rebuilding of both areas -- all other Arab-Muslim nations could contribute. How blind, how deceitful can the world be?

First, there are no "Jewish" political parties in any other country. The Jewish politicians in other countries, always align themselves with their countries and are very patriotic. In America there could be Jewish Democrats or Jewish Republicans, but they all see themselves as loyal to America! Same in France, Britain, Brazil, etc. And second - most certainly, not one of these Jewish politicans tries to undermine the identity of his country, or identifies with its enemies - the way Israeli Arabs do in our Knesset. This is most definitely not Israel's saddest day, perhaps Gedera's saddest day...

The simple way around this would be to make it a requirement that to sit in the Knesset, all MKs have to take an oath of allegiance to the State of Israel. Thus, any elected MK who refused, could not take his/her seat. We in Britain did this successfully with the IRA terrorist politicians who were elected, but refused to sit in the Westminster Parliament as they would not take an oath of allegiance to the Queen. Not that I'm comparing the Arab terrorists who want to destroy Israel to the IRA who did not seek to destroy the Brisitsh state, but to get us out of Ulster. (Northern Ireland) This is a much more subtle way of dealing with the problem & preserves the ideal of democracy in Israel.

This of course has nothing to do with race but everything to do with treason. No country in the world allows treasonous individuals to operate as part of their government. There are plenty of Arabs in Israel I know who do not support these parties!
