And IDF does take adequate precaustions to protect civilians - more than ANY sane army. Don't expect that Jews will not react if Palestinians choose to fight. Palestinians, years ago, did every thing they could to keep Jews returning to their biblical homeland when the Jews were in great danger. The Palestinians failed. Now Palestinians are on the outside trying to get in. Jews owe them no favours. All the restrictions on Palestinians and wars with Palestinians are the result of Palestinians trying to eliminate the Jewish state and replace it with a Palestinian state. Some Palestinians may be willing to settle for a state on the West Bank but some is not enough. There is also an issue of Jewish holy places and security. This is why Palestinians will have to NEGOTIATE getting a state and not just DEMAND what they want. and expect to get it. As far as Palestinians leaving Israel to neighboring Arab countries when the modern State of Israel was once again recognized by the international community ... they left INSPITE of Israel's requests for them to stay and be a part of a democracy. The 700 to 800, 000 Jews that HAD to leave neigboring Arab countries had no choice!
