Seems to me that Israel's main concern is that a solution might be found in finding peace between Israel and Palestine. That wouldn't bode well for more land grabbing would it?

You should know that Haifa is a LEGAL settlement. And the settlers who threatening the Israeli State and its democracy are the ILLEGAL ones !! Those settlements are built against the Israeli law and therefore should be removed quickly !
