2. No Big Deal. No Castration.
If the police or any other investigative entity wants or needs to intercept a wire or cyber communication or covertly intrude by such into the personal affairs of any person(s) that they suspect of committing an offense against the law; they *NEED* to present some probable cause to believe that there is in fact an offense taking place or that will take place, and that the ***ONLY***way left open to them is by such intrusion. A Warrant then should issue. If not, and it is not a "ticking bomb" situation, there is NO justification for the warrantless intrusion.
Warrants are NOT a stumbling block to skilled LEO's.
