I was attending university in the USA when it was announced Cat Stevens was converting to Islam.Believe it or not,although at that time I was still a non-practising moslem, the news about him did not move me at all... Like countless others I was born & raised a moslem & received Islamic education at home & school.I was only a teen with immature mind & I could but follow my parents' teachings. Learning something in theory is relatively easy & interesting, but practising it in this rough life especially while dealing with impostors,fake moslems, & pretenders is mighty hard if not even impossible. The Palestinian problem, from a political perspective, concerns almost all Palestinians regardless of their religion or creed.Hence it should be viewed in a secular & neutral way. Does Cat Stevens know that the budget of the " Palestinian Authority " could indeed make almost all Palestinians live,at least, above the poverty line ? Shortly after the late "Arafat" died in November 2004 ( I felt relieved by his death ) the press & media revealed that billions of dollars were held in secret accounts in his name & that his wife, Suha, who was living in France as a spendthrift while the so-called " Second Intafada " was raging here & taking its toll of human lives, knew a lot about those secret accounts !!!Cat Stevens should pause for a moment to think of the foul-smelling corruption of the PA that considerably hinders solving the Palestinian problem.Many PA personnel got rich off our own backs while we continue leading a miserable, or at least sad, life... My own relatives Salim Za'noon,head of the Palestinian National Council in Jordan, & his brother Riyad Za'noon, who served as PA health minister several times, did not even bother to listen to me when I directly sought help from them in the late 90s & early 2000s... Well, if my relatives of the PA are so corrupt,crooked, & selfish & exploitative that they don't care about their Palestinian relative then whom should I expect to care about us ??? Poor Cat Stevens it seems he simply does not know what's going on & what's he doing... But if he is satisfied to get addicted to that opiate then let him enjoy it as much as possible... P.S. I wonder if Cat Stevens knows that the illiterate king of Saudi Arabia, Abdullah Ibn Abdul Aziz, grants haven & shelter to the notorious & infamous Chinese Bamboo Triad racket of murdreres & drug traffickers & patrons of worldwide prostitution networks ???

Israel is not killing children in Gaza. Hamas is killing children in Gaza and Israel. If you throw a child into traffic does the driver kill the child or the person who threw the child into the traffic? Gaza is throwing the children of their people into traffic.
