Israel should send bombers out over Damascus and Gaza with pamphlets asking the citizens if they are willing to face Israel missiles in exchange for supporting Hamas?

Hamas knows that Israel does targeted attacks, not random acts of violence.
Only Hamas would randomly target communities regardless of children being in school.
When Israel retaliates it will be targeted and will send a message confirming to the whole world that Israel won this last war - otherwise why is Hamas in hiding again?
