They have'nt to interfere in the courts . Such a problem occured some years ago with the Belgian justice . So Belgium WISELY changed the law . If a person , of a DEMOCRATIC state , where there is a FAIR justice , is accused in Belgium , and when this complaint is admissible , this file is TRANSFERED to this country .
