No surprises here. Cries of hypocrisy and - you should cooperate with the local (Hamas ) authorites, forget one thing. How Hamas took that authority!! In cold and brutal blood killing. Their "authority" to rule went down the toilet. Gaza lives off western aid (as do a lot of Palestinians), some do need but the vast majority could manage but who would give up free education, medical care, food stamps, etc No one. Does anyone remember what Gaza was like under Egypt ? For those who cry hypocrisy, let them. The West's money is not a given and frankly there are a lot better places who need it far more. Ever been to Darfur? Congo? Millions displaced living in real refugee camps (no stone villas with electricity and running water, computers, plasma tv's like in Gaza) We are fed up with the whinning. Get Arab money instead, your brothers will help you out.

from the palestinian mandate, when israel was declared, don't re-settle amongst their moslem arab brothers in other moslem arab countries in the middle east, but remain refugees, even though they have relatives who have made their homes in arab middle eastern countries centuries ago. unrwa also knows that there has been an arab immigration to palestine, that has doubled the arab population in the early 20th century, and not just a jewish immigration. but no-one seems to mention this, except history sites on the net. the palestinian mandate included at first both jordan and israel, and was promised as the national home for the jewish people. in 1922 it got divided, and transjordan was created, to be the land for the arabs in this area. the rest of it was again called palestine, and was again promised as a home land of the jewish people. all history sites confirm. what is the matter with organisations such as unrwa, that they are also obsessed with cramming so many people into such a small area, to suit the arabs cause to dominate whole of the middle east? palestinian arabs never had a state here, there is no collective memory of a way of life which is different to the jordanian way of life, or the syrian, or the egyptian, but is definitely not like the jewish. so why mix them with the jews? arabs lived in the ruins of israel far too long, in cities jews have built long ago, and they want to do so again, but there are jews in these cities now and arabs don't like it. no one seems to care that israel is one sixth of one percent of the land available for arabs in the middle east, any person with a bit of a brain can clearly see that mixing them with jews in such a smal area would mean loosing the jewish majority. is that what unrwa wants? cause it surely is what the arab world wants.
