This is extremely rare in Lebanon as far as I know unless we do not hear about it. I am not sure what the punishment is. it is unusual in the druze community, and I think even in the Shia in the city, it possibly happens in the remote areas more often.. Education and secularism is the key in abolishing this behavior.
