I dont see why Israel doesnt just line the boarders with the C-ram system, I think it would be very de-motivating to see the rocket you only just fired get 100 feet then blow up in mid air, sure they have a bit of a cost on them but consider the amount saved on the bombs you wont have to drop, the c-ram means "Counter Rocket, Artillery, and Mortar (C-RAM or Counter-RAM) is a system used to destroy incoming artillery, rockets and mortar rounds in the air before they hit their ground targets." seems to me like this could not only save money but also lives on both sides
