if you do a little research ( you might want to start by looking at the anti israel BBC no less ) you will find that A. there was sniper fire coming from his home B. he was warned personally by the army. but wether you trust the doctor or what i am (and most media reports) saying, do you know what the most telling part of this whole story ? Dr Izzeldeen Abuelaish is now living in ISRAEL having taking asylum there. how would savages such as the Israelis let him in?! the same reason why there are thousands of Sudanese have taken asylum here. because unlike what you self righteous historically inhumane Europeans like to portray we actually care about other people. but the antisemitic world is just interested in making Israel look like the devil.

You are so right!! War is horrible, people don't quite get that. And I suppose it brings out the hate.

Somehow, I think it is more like the academy award winning Moahmmad Al Durah Movie .... But this time .... It is Israel, not the Palestinians. I mean the whole thing, is just like reality tv, The anchor..... wow suddenly receive a call from the doctor in gaza, who works in Israel to midwife women! and on the air, wow ...... My house, was bombed, and the anchor quickly hurry up to the crossing :-), not forgetting to change clothes and do his tie!!! ..... I watched the whole thing, I even saw his surviving daughter smiling when she was covering herself with bed sheet, imagine she got a serious injury! I think the whole thing is staged, but this time not by Palliwood, but rather by Israelwood. Watch again and judge for yourself. Ohh, and don't miss Assamoni movie, the 29 or whatever family members whose house was shelled by the IDF, then they gave another totally different story. Moral of the story: War is tragic, both for the Palestinians and the Israelis. Give me a break Palestinians liers
34. #10 Marco - Just claiming it does not make it true
William ,   Israel   (02.19.09)
So what the doctor denied it and demanded the press investigate it. Does that mean his credibility is high? Hamas officials and UN workers said thousands of civilians died in Gaza and none of them were Hamas. So the press investigated and found quite the opposite was true. The same in Jenin 2002, the death of the young boy in 2001, and the shelling of a Gaza beach which pointed towards buried Hamas munitions. So what do you say to those in the press and other investigators? Are they part of a large conspiracy against Palestinians and all are war criminals? Even you have denied Hamas war crimes in your posts only to be proven wrong by NGOs that can't ignore the obvious infractions even if they wanted to. You only believe him because it hurts Israel. You're a sap, and I demand the press check in to that.

The famous first line of every racist tirade in history. Not surprising coming from Spain. I went back far in history Marco and I haven't yet found where Spain actually has a moral sense to lose in the first place.

Posting MD after your pen name lend you no more credibility than it does to the twisted Hamas opportunist whining above. All that education might make you useful, but it does not confer clairvoyance, nor does it make good the lack of horse sense or morality. Some of the smartest fools I know are doctors.

the golani brigade entered your home and found ammunition which hamas stored under your bedroom and in the bedroom cupboard. i was there, doctor and you are a liar. i am sorry for your loss, but there werfe military equipment there if you did or didn't know is not the case. we were responding to fire on us. you are lyinmg!

Judah, Stop with your apartheid thoughts, they are perverse. If you read his statements, he never stated that he was being granted Israeli citizenship to practice at the University of Haifa, it would have been for a couple of years. And even if the Israeli gov't granted him citizenship as a medical doctor, wouldnt that be a bonus for Israeli society to have an educated and peaceful person in their midst? Exceptions to citizenship laws however racist in structure they may be, are often granted for medical professionals.
40. Israel didn't specify type of ammunition, but Doctor did
observer   (02.20.09)
He said: "My daughters were expert snipers in achieving their goals, in achieving their dreams." of course with snipers of that caliber the house must have been full ammunition, i.e. full of hope.

Dr. Ezzeldeen Abu al-Aish has stated his wish to establish an education foundation for nnedy girls who show academic promise. Having heard of his loss, and being the father of a bright late teenage woman, my heart goes out to him. I would like to contribute. Does anyone know how to contact him? Thanks
