1. HA HA HA HA HA
DAVID ,   JUDEA   (02.22.09)
Just reading the headline is enough, there is no need to read the rest. Kadima lost its way before it even took off. The fact that so many people again voted for such a bunch off losers is just an indication off how dumb and uneducated many people are here or just plainly brainwashed. Not that slick willy Bibi is any better, they are all a chip off the same old block. It is exactly what one can expect , from a system so thoroughly rotten and corrupt, the results will be always the same. One just has to wonder if anyone out there still takes these jokers seriously ,because this is just a media orchestrated media show to keep us fooled all the way.
2. Livni give the public what they want & stay out the coalitio
zionist forever   (02.22.09)
Any coalition with Kadima would be a betrayel of the people who have proven they want a right wing government not a liberal left one. Which is what a coalition with Kadima would be and that would Netanyahus prefered choice over the much more right wing religious and nationalist blocks. In the end it looks like its going to be Livnis ego thats going to save us. She will be happy to sit with Likud if she is the PM. He has offered her senior ministerial positions and even a power of veto over government policy but poor Livnis ego has been bruised so badly when Peres picked Netanyahu she isn't interested. Hopefully we will get a right wing coalition without Kadima but Livni's attitude is she is not responsible enough to be the PM.
3. Kadima and opposition
Nicole ,   Raanana   (02.22.09)
You are right Livni. Israel must have an oppositiion or it has no democracy. Kadima must be in opposition. Don't be swayed otherwize.
4. She seems a bit Obama's monkey:"yes we can"
Keren ,   Israel-SP   (02.22.09)
" I'm looking for the meaning to which we are committed" What are you commited exactly? Giving out "half of Israel",in your own words? "I have repeatedly said that the choice is between hope and despair, between realizing the two-state solution and a lack of vision in this regard," Do you mean "hope" to get rid of enemies, and "despair" of being daily bombed ,not only by Hammas but also ,in few years,by Fatah, the mentors of Munich attack? If your logic is upside down of the above, you are mentally sick. Those who voted you are drugued by american propanganda and it will take a while for them to fall into reality.Up to then,Israel should put you in a post where you are going to be unharmfull as much as possible.
5. Kadima staying out of the Government
Ger ,   Raanana, Israel`   (02.22.09)
If Kadima goes into opposition, it will disappear from the political scene within a few years.
6. No Two State solution in the Bible
Neil Turner ,   Watford, UK   (02.22.09)
I spoke to 100 people in Church today about how Israel has a God-given right to the whole land of Israel. Also, that God blesses those who bless Israel, and curses those curse Israel The Book we call Genesis describes how the Lord God has given the land as an "everlasting possession" to the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob ie the Jews Let's be absolutely clear about this. There is no Two State solution in the Bible. I sincerely believe that God is judging the Nations right now for their attempt to divide the land. This takes the form of economic meltdown, natural disasters and war On the basis that Bibi will not divide the land, I believe he is the man for the moment. No, not a perfect man, but better than the rest Get behind him.
7. Zippy,you belong in the kitchen making chicken soup
chaim ,   brooklyn ny   (02.22.09)
this business of coalition building and being prime minister is for mature adults, and is not for some imature whining dumb blond, this is way over your head, please go away and leave us alone, you are really an embarrasment for israel and for all of us
8. Didn't this vhypocrite sit with Liberman before?
Guy   (02.22.09)
9. Yes to changing the political system, but...
Alexander ,   Herzliya, Israel   (02.22.09)
...no to the "peace process". All the thousands of my countrymen in Israel that have been butchered by fascist imperialist racist Arab terrorists that want us dead - would, if they could, tell us that the "peace process" was a huge mistake to begin with. Peace means things are getting better and not worse. If "peace" is bad you have to opt for war. There is no other solution than the complete and total destruction and annihilation of Israel's enemies. Schwarzenegger's famous character "The Terminator" would tell the enemies of Israel: "You are Terminated."

zionist forever   (02.23.09)
The Terminator would not only tell his enemies that they are terminated but Ill be back if there is anymore trouble and I will terminate you again. Since the peace process we have not only lost the will to terminate our enemies but on those few occasions when we do fight we dont come back and finish the job if they start their terror again. We bomb empty fields with bombs that cost thousands of dollars just to give the public the image they are doing something but they don't have to actually have to fight our enemies so we don't make it to hard to pick up the peace process agan the next day because nobody has been killed. Oslo has killed the spirit this country had when it carried out operations like Entebbe. Today we would say well how will a rescue operation affect the peace process or how it will effect our diplomatic relations with Uganda. Better to give into all the terrorists demands. Once we would have said no deals over Gilad Shalit either you give him back or we hurt you and keep hurting you until you give him back alive. There is no way your going to get 1000+ terrorists including killers and open borders. We have become like puppets with the terrorists pulling the strings they are deciding what the rules of the game will be and we obidiently agree. The worst thing to ever happen to this country was the peace process, its brought us nothing but misery and death not the peace and happiness the left keep promising.
