It is possible to sort out the cases already existing,adapting and resolving them ,one by one,in the best possible manner ,preferably according to Halachah,and ,at the same time,setting more clear rules,again according to Halachah and good sense,to future emigrations in order to avoid the same problem to keep happening. In other words:Resolv the pendencies ,but ,more importantly,resolv the root of the matter, ridding the problem in the behalf of next generations. A long term view,in other words. Past is past.Solve the past creating clean ,new and correct conditions for the future. All of them agree in one point:All of them desire a solid Jewish State,so coherence between ideas and solutions is all one needs.
