When did we ever stood together in the parliament ? Today very special day, the day Moshe......do you recall or have you'll forgotten....no leader crisis eh...the leadership crisis never ends , Shalom ;-)
2. Something a bit absurd about ''Unity"
Terry ,   Eilat, Israel   (03.01.09)
If everyone joins the coalition, why did we have elections? Isn't the point of elections to determine the direction & policies according to the views of the majority of the electorate? There is something obviously wrong with a political system that could form of a government composed of every major party & several minor parties, all with opposing views & interests. Or is this saying essentially that nothing any party or politician says means a thing, it was all just electioneering propaganda to get votes, the electorate's opinions disregarded totally in the scramble for jobs & political advantage? This is as much a criticism of Netanyahu as of Livni.
3. Livni Is Wrong
Steve ,   Ra'anana, Israel   (03.01.09)
Every Kadima member to whom I have spoken believes that it is a gross and unpatriotic mistake to not participate in the next government. Many, including me, will resign and forget the party. We are at crucial juncture of our history. If Ms. Livni's weak ego prevents her from joining a new government, she should resign and let other leaders of the party take the lead. Sitting on a back bench and playing the no-confidence vote game is ridiculous.
4. real face of livni
Yoni ,   Ashkelon   (03.01.09)
She doesn't care about Israel strategic priorities. She have just found a childlike pretext not to join Likud and only to enjoy to see likud coalition collapsing and to be the first to say: "You see Me I would have been better !"
5. livni wants to destroy israel like kadima

6. DIS-Respect!
Keren ,   Israel-SP   (03.01.09)
Housing Minister Ze'ev Boim is saying that what Israelis said in the polls means ABSOLUTELY nothing. And moreover,if a "unity"govt was to be set ,then the natural leader should be Livni and not Netanyahu, because she got more seats than he. Netanyahu is beeing put in the position of Prime Minister ONLY because it was thought of his affinity to the elected Right wing parties,no other reason. It was this way thing were set , this is the way things must be,otherwise it would be blatant cheatery!
7. Livni Is Right
Eric ,   Tel Aviv   (03.01.09)
Bibi has a history of saying one thing and doing another, and he is already doing it in his negotiations. If Bibi can tell the Washington Post "Palestinians have right to govern themselves" why could he not have said that to Tsipi? If Bibi is for Civil Marriages why can't he tell Shas? If he is against why can't he tell Yisrael Beitenu? Why can Bibi not make a statement and keep it for at least 1 week? New elections will happen by August - mark my words.
8. Mofaz has a degree in back stabbing!
David ,   Karmiel, Israel   (03.01.09)
9. Pathetic for Mofaz
Michel ,   Jerusalem   (03.01.09)
No more car and driver, no more office..
10. Well what if,...?
Gideon Reader   (03.01.09)
Mo the Faz decides that he likes himself and sees himself in a role within the Beebster's new rightist kinda government? What if he tells the "Kadima Charwoman", the well known "Mossad Beauty" that black slacks and a white jaccket is better on an Italian waiter that a party(about nothing)alleged leader who wants to sulk and "oppose" than be apart of "it"; the new government that may even DO SOMETHING? So Mo cuts a separate peace and gets the Number @ role in Defense of Public security or something nice and macho. A volvo. A nice office. Some bodyguards. And maybe one or two other Kadimacrat midgets will get picked off and the government can begin to clean out the stables of the Olmertian dung.
11. its a prize just waiting for bibi
Ari   (03.01.09)

Eric....why are you such a moron? Bibi is a politician....a seasoned one at that. So what if he rides both sides to serve his P-O-L-I-T-I-C-A-L interests? Livni is pathetic. She's always talking about Kadima's vision. WHAT VISION? Arik Sharon assembled a group of "Yes men" and chair chasers that found the quickest way up the ladder. They obviously lack long term vision. Kadima is a joke, and I hope they disappear from the political map. Despite not being a fan of the Labor party or Meretz's ideology, at least they stand for something that has historical roots in this country. Kadima.....just go away....Please do us all a favor.
