EU countries oppose Muslim views on Durban

Let's see if the taste of Arab oil and the threat of Islamic barbaric and primitive riots will change the tune of these countries. My bet is that Netherlands and denmark will resist that, while Belgium and Germany will cave in. Not sure about Italy but I tend to see them caving in too. I hope I am wrong about the "cave-in candidates". You need a set of STEEL BALLS, patience and determination to resist the destructive Islam and all it represents. Israel and the US have shown how it should be done. Heck - Israel has been doing that for the last 60 years! Let's hope that the survival instinct kicked in, and that it will prevail over the appeasement and servitude preference increasingly practiced in EU for the last 30 years or so.

Sweden as well is beginning to have it's share of the same problem. It's very good though that some EU countries are waking up, they will probably change the agenda so that more countries will join in the battle for the free world against the dark forces.

I bet their representatives are Jew hating Muslim. Funny how they chose such a high standing, safe and moral place like South Africa to do this thing. Good thing apartheid ended down there, I'm sure it's a much better place to live now because of it. That's what happens when the world pokes their nose into other countries business without knowing the full extent of what's really going on. Prime example on how to make things worse for everyone. When a mass group of people can't seem to behave in a civilized manner the most humane thing to do is take away some of their "rights" and privileges.

Muslims have greater religious freedom in Israel than in many other countries (just check with chief Imam in India on his visit to Israel) and have access to all of their holy sites in Israel, unlike Jews who wish to visit their holy sites in the PA or in many Arab-Muslim countries. In fact, these days, Jews can't even visit their #1 holy site, which happens to be in (eastern) Jerusalem itself - the Temple Mount - because it might offend and spark conflict with Muslims visiting what is only their 3rd most holy site (Dome of the Rock) -- built right on top of the very site of not the 3rd, but 1st/singular most holy site to Jews (and if that in itself was not oppression of one religious group by another, who knows what is). For our Muslim bretheren, Mecca is #1, Medina #2, and no one threatens their access to the Kaba or says that Mecca, Medina and all surrounding area is their territory. For our Jewish bretheren, Jerusalem is #1, Hebron #2, Shechem (aka Nablus) #3 and S'fat #4. Note that Hebron and Shechem are in PA territory and many Palestinians/Arabs/Muslims want to take Jerusalem as their own as well, and with no guarantee of proper upkeep of and safe access to holy site for Jews. Given that most Jews have are willing to forego sovereignty and full, unquestioned access to their second and third holiest cities if that would achieve true and lasting peace and justice with their neighbors, why are so many vocal Muslims (of the more than 1 billion Muslims) so offended by and unwilling to let a meager few million of their Jewish bretheren live in peace and well-being and self-determination on a small sliver of land that happens to also include not Islam's top two holiest sites, but only its 3rd (which, again, was (in a power play?) built on top of Jews' #1 oliest site), even as Jews give up their 2nd and 3rd holiest cities to Muslim Palestinians (and the few Christian Palestinians who haven't been scared away by threats from their radical Islamist compatriots)?? How, for example, do a few million Jews trying to live peacefully in tiny Israel threaten the hundreds of millions of Muslims living in Indonesia or India or even in Iran? They can still go to Mecca, Medina and, if they're not violent radicals, can even go to the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem. How many Jews can safely and openly visit Mecca, Medina, or special Jewish sites in Iran (where the continuos Jewish presence pre-dates Islam, let alone the Muslim presence in Iran by more at least 1,000 years)? Answer: 0. UN Durban Conference on Racism? Yes, it seems it is just that: a study in racism, xenophobia, and religio-cultural hate. Shame. Allah/God/HaShem wants us to love one another, be generous and kind with one another. The vocal majority of this conference's participants and organizers are anything but.

Seems this UN conference (like some of its other activities and the original Durban conference) is nothing more than a racist rally trying to masquerade as a legitimate forum for international policy-making. Too bad they don't spend the resources on doing something that is actually effective in stopping the Arab-Muslim genocide of non-Arab Muslims in the Sudan; or the systematic, institutionally condoned mass rape, mutilation, torture and abandonment of innocent civilian women in the Democratic Republic of Congo (some as young as 9 months and as old as 80). Too bad they don't spend the resources to condemn Saudia Arbia's continued use of cruel and unusual punishment - such as beheading by sword or being crushed by rocks - for crimes such as having a romantic triste outside of marriage; or to prevent the ultra-patriarchical and (supposedly) Muslim Taliban and their ilk from treating females worse than they treat their farm animals, preventing them not only from leaving the house without male permission and escort, covered in heavy dark robes even in the heat of summer, but also preventing them from learning to read or even to receive standard modern medical care - under threat of death. No kidding. Talk about deadly-serious oppression?! And where's the UN and the righteous Muslim leadership and masses on those issues? While there are more than a billion Muslims in the world, there are more than 3 billion females in the world (more than half the population) - where are the tens or hundreds of (Muslim-sponsored) UN security and other council resolutions condemning the systematic, ongoing oppression, disenfranchisement, torture, and mass-murder of women and girls -- often in the name of religion and, more often than not these days, in the name of Islam??? Muslims and other good people of the world, Wake Up! The mangling of your religion, by your own people, into the means and justification for deadly (physical and soul) oppression of women and girls (and of good people of other religions) is a much greater threat to your well-being and your grace under Allah/God than are Jews, Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, Zoroastrians, Bahais, Israelis, Westerners, etc. Thank goodness the governments of Holland, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, Canada, USA, and Italy have recognized the double standard of the conference's main, most vocal participants.

Many Jews either fled South Africa rather than support and participate in its (former?) institutionalised racism, or they stayed and were among those who fought with, for, and alongside those opposing the forces of racism and xenophobia. What a sad and disturbing irony, then, that post-aparteid South Africa is set to once again set out the red carpet, welcome, and provide a global microphone for some of the most virulent ethnophobia, xenophobia, and religion-based hatred of our young century. Jewish friends of mine gave up their homes, careers, financial security, and the basic physical safety of their families, withstanding ridicule, discrimination, assaults and death-threats in order to support and promote the rights and dignity of ALL South Africans, Black, Brown, White, or any other "color" or religion or ethnicity. This is how their fellow South Africans honor that solidarity, sacrifice, and integrity? Or is dignity and self-determination only for those who worship God as Jesus or Allah?

It is not at all suprising to see most EU countries rejecting to participate in this. If they attend, can you imagine how they will be viewed? As anti-semites. Germany in an event that labels Israel as racist?! That can never ever happen. Europe can't afford to do that given its anti-semitic past. So as usual, EU will stand with Israel but not for the love of Jews, just for saving their reputation.

The Netherlands will support Israel no matter how many times it will defend itself from Palastinians. I am proud to be a Dutch citizen and ashamed for my my home country. I love Israel and its people. I wish the Turks were as brave as the Dutch! Go israel!
