31. #22...You are incorrect
Yossi ,   Haifa   (03.04.09)
Most of the South African Jews did not leave the apartheid regime and in fact contributed greatly to that system. There were a few who did leave before the regime collapsed but that was usually as a result of making Aliyah. The White Flight from South Africa began in earnest when it was obvious the government could not govern any longer. Some of these Jews worked in the South African Military industry and transferred seamlessly to the IMI. But to state the Jews left South Africa because of their objection to Apartheid is incorrect. This is also known within the present South African Government and is a soource of embarrasement in some government circles particularly during some diplomatic negotiations.
32. Sara...REALLY doesnt matter

Sara. In what parallel universe are you actually living in... Are you seriously asking us to believe that the Jews helped South Africa to get rid of the Apartheid regime.... In 1976, Israel invited their Prime minister, John Vorster - a former Nazi sympathiser and a commander of the fascist Ossewabrandwag that sided with Hitler - for a state visit. Israel just inherited the mantle of apartheid left when White South Africa fell apart. Please try to keep a grip on reality and not some made up fantasy world.
