Iran doesn't have the S-300. They want to buy it but thanks to Israeli diplomatic efforts Russia hasn't made any final decisions yet so the S-300 won't be defending Iranian skies. What they do have is the TOR M1 a less advanced system and conveniently the same system protecting the Syrian nuclear facility Israel destroyed. So Israeli pilots know how to get around Irans most advanced air defenses. Israel can attack from air and sea. Jericho missiles F15I & F16I ( versions of these jets spesificly deisgned for Israel which have long range fuel tanks ) Dolphin submarines with the capability to launch the Israeli designed cruise missiles.

EMP Iran and they could make no reprisals. Follow the EMP attack with Ballistic missiles to physically destroy Nuclear sites. Follow missile attack with precision bombing to take out all Military assets. This is a humane strategy that avoids loss of life and sets up the Mullahs for regime change, once they are deprived of their military protection.
