Had Israel not released Hizbullah prisoners befor confirmation that Goldwasser and Regev were still alive Hamas would not be able to "askl for the moon." And we could have flipped Gaza over in search for Gilad in 2009 but again the political leadership was worthless.

We should give back any prisoners in the same state we get ours in, if Gilad is dead Hamass should get body bags. Gaza should be sealed until Gilad is sent back, no food, no water, no electricity and no outside media!

In the war against terror, Human rights, a Judeo-Christian value, should be considered differently. Israel would do well to cancel the visits of Palestinian prisoners' families, no longer allow detainees to complete their studies, and worsen their upgraded imprisonment conditions. Pressure on the part of Palestinian prisoners' families would greatly assist in presenting Hamas as failing to do enough to free its prisoners.
