35. The march should not be allowed
Arie ,   BaGolan   (03.24.09)
At the same time, Jews in the Jewish State should not be financing the building of exclusively arab towns; at the same arabs should not be allowed to exercise any liberties in Jewish towns; at the same time, given the arab refusal to engage in national service, arabs should not have access to health or welfare benefits, free education, nor civil service jobs. OH WAIT..that would treat them the way they want Jews treated in our own State and tibi would scream racism.

The same reason why they would March in any Israeli town. It is part of Israel.
38. #13:The gay community is invited to march in Um-Al-Fachem
Adam Eliyahu Berkowi   (03.24.09)
You complain about the charedim all the time while disrespecting them. You are invited to join Marzel or t organize your own march into any arab city in any country. You should be recieved much better than Marzel since your intent is so much better than Marzeels. You want to bring peace and love to the arabs. Let's be honest; The moslems are intolerant of other religions, de facto and de jure, and their use of violence as a reaction to even the sallest criticism is a threat to the modern world and democracy. The charedim are not THAT bad.
39. "Patience Marzel, tomorrow we will dig your grave."
Peaceful indeed... ,   Israel   (03.24.09)
Peaceful indeed...

Complaining about the Charideem, maybe because they want to kill us ! They slander and incite hatred towards gay people and do all they can to deny us our basic human rights of freedom and democracy, when we work, pay taxes and serve in the army unlike the majority of the charideem. I am not religious i do not live by their rules yet still they incite hatred and violence towards us. FYI i employee Charideem in my company , i bleive we have 9 currently, so please dont accuse of things you do not know. Secondly we march in Jerusalem which is the democratic capital of Israel not Um-Al Fachem. Althoug we can never thank Marzel enough for clearly stating it is every Israelis democratic right to march. Personally i think the mob will linch him as he is a fanatic religious lunatic whos only intention is to incite hatred.
41. Ridiculous...
(03.24.09)
This town has a MATNAS (JCC) and a nursing home run by the JDC. This town pays its taxes. This town has Israeli Police. This town has Israeli Firefighters. This town is part of Israel. So it is ridiculous for the ultra right wingers to go marching around in full fascist glory. Their point is to announce their vanity!
42. 7000 POLICE AT "GAY MARCH 2008
ROLAND SEENER ,   LONDON ENGLAND   (03.24.09)
WHY THIS REDUCED NUMBER NOW?
43. DOUBLE STANDARDS
DAVID ,   JUDEA   (03.24.09)
As usual Ynet applies double standards. If anyone not Leftwing or Arab would make a statement like "we will dig your graveā€, we can be rest assured that there would be a full investigation and full attack and prosecution against that person. Not that justice is important to our self haters, only their twisted convoluted perception off their religion off Liberalism counts. Now imagine that this would be an opposite situation, were Jews would throw rocks at peaceful demonstrating Arabs. Then Ynet and all the other sick Israeli media, would spend the next week condemning us and supporting our professional victims the Arabs.

"The same reason why they would March in any Israeli town. It is part of Israel." Usually there is a reason for marching, what is the reason here ? A celebration ? What ??

48. Racism
Rosie ,   Israel   (03.24.09)
Um-El-Fahm inhabitants speak about racism. OK. Now, What is racism - Jews trying to go into an Arab town with nothing in their arms, but the Flag of the Country the town is in, or Um-El-Fahm residents who try to stop them by stones?
49. 15
Rosie ,   Israel   (03.24.09)
I could not agree more
50. 26
Rosie ,   Israel   (03.24.09)
It is not an anti-Arab demonstration, it is a pro-Israel one. Does pro-Israel mean anti-Arab?
