Palestinians have their own state in Jordan with Amman as their capital. If the Palestinians want a state with their own name on it, how about renaming the Kingdom of Jordan to the Palestinian Kingdom of Jordan. This is the best solution to the conflict.

Our tax money goes quietly to hamas, but no european leader has ever taken them to task for not accepting a two state solution. But hardly anything is ever mentioned about the fact that the palestinians never move from their demands for "the return" or rather the removal of 5 million refugees born in Arab territories to the Jewish state; the ownership of the Jewish holy places; all of the lands Israel conquered in 1967 and the refusal to trade Arab villages in the Galillee for the Jewish villages in Yesha. The Jewish demands have shifted so much over the years that there are hardly any left. Even the demand for stopping the terror has become a demand for a "100% effort to stop the terror" - whatever that means. The Jewish holy places are not holy to the Jewish governments any more. The lands bought with Jewish money by the JNF are never mentioned in the negotiations. Compensation of the million Arab Jewish refugees are never mentioned in the negotiations. So in fact the negotiations have become about the very existence of a 60-year old UN approved state. And still it is not enough for Europe and the VS........

reason a two state solution is being proposed is because Israelis and Palestinians cannot live side-by-side without killing each other. That situation simply does not exist in New Zealand.
